Yes our stones are real unheated untreated

We take the photos mostly in a Natural Daylight condition and that combined with the screen you are viewing the item may vary a little in different lighting conditions and different lighting angles as all-natural stones exhibit different color variations.
So When buying please keep in mind that we try our best to produce the nearest possible color on the website but some color variations may happen due to different lighting conditions and intensity of light on your side.

As soon as payment and order confirmation is done, we will send you an email confirming your order shipment. We ship your order within 2-3 days of order placement and payment confirmation.

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel any order once shipment is done

As soon as your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, and you will receive it in 7-15 days. This email will contact a tracking code that you can check online to know your order's status. Please wait for at least 48 hours to start tracking your order.

We have a warehouse and production Unit in Pakistan. Mostly we ship from Pakistan.
